ReBirth

I've got an idea to play ReBirth a bit, it's a famous virtual software synth (in fact - the first one!) simulating legendary Roland machines, such as TB-303, TR-808 and TR-909. It's free of charge and was discontinued in 2005.

For further information please visit:
www.ReBirthMuseum.com

The contemporary equivalent is now Propellerhead Reason, allowing of course for much more but at the same time much more demanding for the computer resources. And it's not free. ReBirth will work on weaker machines without any surprises I believe. Try it out, it's a lot of fun. The closest hardware equivalent among those we know is Korg Electribe series.

The song is a result of a short play in a free time during work. I finally managed to upload it onto boxstr. Optionally you can download it from 4shared.
I found another hosting possibility via google sites - download.

jam session

Wednesday night psychenoisoid. The mp3 is hosted by boxstr. Embedded rss podcast works also in Google Reader.
Alternatively you may use 4shared link. I suppose it's more reliable but not direct (no hotlinks allowed).
Spontaneous jam session took place yesterday, 28 Jan '09. Access Virus C performer was Bartek R., Korg Electribe MX performer was Adam P. Pure signal from the mixer, no additional processing. Enjoy!
Question:
I am looking for a free hosting service with direct links, any ideas welcome. Hosting on www.fileden.com doesn't work, www.hotlinkfiles.com works slowly and has a 30-days limit, www.boxstr.com seems to be the best so far but needs logging-in once a month to keep files...

first jam recorded

This is the live performance by Adam B. Adam is a complete newbie with musical devices but Korg Electribe MX captivated him immediately. This is his second approach to make live music.
The recording took place on Saturday night, 24 Jan '09. High cut eq filter has been slightly applied here due to too loud trebles in the original mix. No additional effects, all is full live rec.
